Product Details

Product Description

*Neodymium Nitrate is a chemical substance with a molecular formula of Nd(NO3)3• 6H2O, a Light Purple snow-like solid, soluble in water and deliquescent in humid air. It is generally prepared by reacting Neodymium Oxalate and hydrogen nitrate, preparing a solution and then concentrating and crystallizing.

*This is mainly used for glass, crystal and capacitors. Colours glass delicate shades ranging from pure violet through wine-red and warm gray. Light transmitted through such glass shows unusually sharp absorption bands. It is useful in protective lenses for welding goggles.

*It is also used in CRT displays to enhance contrast between reds and greens. It is highly valued in glass manufacturing for its attractive purple coloring to glass.

*Neodymium Nitrate is used in manufacture of petroleum catalyst, glass colorant, magnetic materials, intermediates of Nd compounds, chemical reagents, etc.

*Being the leading names in the industry, we offer Neodymium Nitrate. We have always focused our striven efforts on quality, in order to ensure our swift rising in this stiff market competition.
